Ultimate Guide: NRLW Round 7 preview

The nib Newcastle Knights will take on the Brisbane Broncos this Sunday in a massive top four clash at McDonald Jones Stadium. 

The two outfits sit in 2nd and 3rd respectively on the ladder heading into the game while a win would go a long way to cementing top four status.

Both squads are in with the two teams going into the game in strong form to set up a blockbuster Sunday night battle.

In team news, Abigail Roache is named to make her return to the starting side while Jesse Southwell moves back to the halves.

Evie Jones shifts to the interchange bench, joining Tayla Predebon who comes back into the starting 17.

For the Broncos, with Tazmin Rapana suspended for one match after an early guilty plea to a Dangerous Contact charge, Mariah Denman comes in to start in the second row in the only change to their team for the match against the Knights.

Newcastle sit in third spot on the ladder with four wins and two defeats, and take on a Brisbane side who sit in second spot on the ladder.

The Broncos come into the game in strong form with four straight wins including a 38-12 win over the Cowboys last time out.
