With the 2024 NRLW season fast approaching, the nib Newcastle Knights NRLW squad recently visited 18 schools across the Newcastle and Hunter Region.
In a collaborative effort with the NRL Game Development Team, the players delivered a range of interactive sessions focused on health, wellbeing, teamwork, and respect.
The likes of Tamika Upton, Yasmin Clydsdale and Kayla Romaniuk were among the players to play their part, with schools across the region buzzing with excitement at the arrival of the back-to-back premiers.
During their visits, players participated in Q&A sessions at school assemblies, followed by interactive games and activities.
The Blitz showcases our commitment to supporting youth in our community, allowing the Knights to engage with over 5000 students across the visits.
