Lite n’ Easy refuelling the NRLW Newcastle Knights

The nib Newcastle Knights are thrilled to extend their partnership with Australia’s leading ready-made meal service Lite n’ Easy for the 2024 NRLW season as part of its Fuelling Women in Sport initiative.

Lite n’ Easy pride themselves on ensuring they eliminate barriers professional female athletes face by giving them back the time they need with nutritional, ready-made meals allowing the athletes to focus on their career, health and wellbeing.

With over 235 meals on their menu, Lite n’ Easy has been helping Australians stay healthy, focused and thriving by delivering delicious, healthy meals to Australians since 1986.

Newcastle Knights Head Coach Ben Jeffries states, “Understanding how demanding the NRLW training & playing schedule is it gives us great confidence knowing that our players are being fuelled by balanced meals to recover adequately so the NRLW Knights can perform at their optimum best gives us great trust in Lite n' Easy.”

Central to the partnership is the provision of 2,000 Lite n’ Easy meals to keep players in peak condition over the course of the 2024 season, as they defend the Premiership the team won in both 2022 and 2023.

Lite n’ Easy CEO Nathan Hayman said, “Lite n’ Easy are proud to be fuelling the Newcastle Knights NRLW squad for another season. We recognise the importance of having healthy and convenient meals being made available to the squad to support their training and recovery program.
