In this week's pathways report, we take a look at the the nib Newcastle Knights squads in the NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, SG Ball Cup, Tarsha Gale Cup, Harold Matthews Cup and Lisa Fiaola Cup competitions.
The Senior Reps squads played at McDonald Jones Stadium on Sunday, before the NRL side, taking on the North Sydney Bears and Melbourne Storm respectively.
A few of the Junior Reps squads played at Cessnock Sportsground on Saturday while the Harold Matthews Cup team travelled down to Penrith to take on the Panthers.

NSW Cup | Knights 50-24 Bears
The NSW Cup side have scored their first win of the campaign running in 50 points against the North Sydney Bears on Sunday.
The team totalled nine tries to the Bears four to a record a dominant victory on home turf.
David Armstrong scored first for the Knights before Will Pryce bagged a first half double with two quick-fire tries.
NSW Cup: 2024 Round 3 Highlights
The left edge was on fire for the Knights with Jackson Hastings linking with Kyle McCarthy for his first before half-time, while the young centre would have his second midway through the second-half.
Winger Laitia Mociedreke also notched a second half double before Fletcher Myers and Armstrong made their way over late in the game to see the score hit the 50-point mark.
Pryce added seven from nine with the boot as the Cup squad put their first points on the board.

Jersey Flegg Cup | Knights 34-12 Storm
The Jersey Flegg Cup team have won their second game of the season with a victory over the Melbourne Storm on Sunday.
The side scored a six tries to two win over the Storm to move up the ladder.
Tea-Rani Woodman Tuhoro scored three minutes into the contest with a breakaway try from inside the Knights half.
Jersey Flegg Cup: 2024 Round 3 Highlights
Wilson De Courcey posted the Knights second after 14 minutes before Jacob Davis scored four minutes later.
Forwards Kane Graham and Blake Woodford barged their way over with two crash plays to bolster the Knights lead.
Woodman Tuhoro had his second with two minutes to play to put the icing on the result for the Knights.

SG Ball Cup | Knights 34-18 Rabbitohs
The SG Ball Cup side have returned to winning ways with a strong win over the Rabbitohs on Saturday at Cessnock Sportsground.
The side ran in seven tries to three to pick up their sixth victory of the season.
After the Rabbitohs opened the scoring, Knights five-eighth Fletcher Hunt levelled the scores with a brilliant chip-and-chase effort to post the Knights first try of the game
SG Ball Cup: 2024 Round 8 Highlights
Haami Loza backed up on the inside to put the Knights ahead before South Sydney would draw level before the break.
In the second half, Knight left edge combination of Logan Aoake and Sosaia Latu scored five tries between them with Aoake bagging a second half hat-trick.
The Knights sit in third spot on the SG Ball Cup ladder with one round to play in the regular season.

Tarsha Gale Cup | Knights 36-14 Sharks
The Tarsha Gale Cup team have also returned to the winner's circle with a victory over the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks on Saturday at Cessnock Sportsground.
The side ran in eight tries to the Sharks three to record their fourth win of the season and move up to fifth spot on the ladder.
Outside-backs Lilly-Ann White and Lilly McNamara both scored inside the first 10 minutes to open up an early lead for Newcastle.
Tarsha Gale Cup: 2024 Round 8 Highlights
The Sharks would hit back with two tries of their own before Knights forward Evah McEwen showed her strength for her first of the game.
McEwen would go into score another hat-trick with two strong tries in the game while Fane Finau scored an incredible solo try pushing through multiple defenders to post the Knights sixth of the game.
White would have her second of the game during the second half while Allah McCulloch scored a runaway try as the Knights sealed the confident victory.

Harold Matthews Cup | Knights 24-28 Panthers
The Harold Matthews Cup team have gone down narrowly to the Panthers down in Penrith on Saturday.
Penrith scored a last minute try to take the two points from the Knights.
After Penrith opened the scoring, Knights players Ryder Crosswell and Austyn Ah Toon-Hotene scored a try each as the red and blue led by two at the break.
Harold Matthews Cup: 2024 Round 8 Highlights
The side would trade tries in the second half with Toby Winter and Crosswell crossing over in the second half.
Winter would run over 100 metres, receiving the ball in the Knights in-goal before running the length to score.
However, Penrith would claim the win with the last minute try over the valiant Knights.

Lisa Fiaola Cup | Knights 22-0 Sharks
The Lisa Fiaola Cup side have shut-out the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks to claim victory at Cesnnock Sportsground on Saturday.
The Women's Under 17's side scored their fourth win in succession with the five try to nil win.
Maronay Smuts opened the scoring for the Knights before Ruby Wilhelmus scored two powerful tries showing her strength to notch a double.
Lisa Fiaola Cup: 2024 Round 8 Highlights
In the second half, Stevie Botham and Macey Cox added four-pointers to secure the win for Newcastle.
Hannah Southwell's side now sit in seventh spot on the ladder with four wins and three defeats.
The Junior Reps seasons now have one game to go.
