With Round 1 fast approaching we want to make sure our nib Newcastle Knights Members have all the information they need to get to the game.
The Knights will host the first match of the 2024 NRL season on Australian soil when they take on the Canberra Raiders on Thursday 7 March at McDonald Jones Stadium.
We've broken down all the FAQ's to ensure every Member can play their part come Thursday night.
I don’t have my member card yet?
Members who have purchased up to the 14th February should receive their membership packs before the first home game. Those who have purchased up until the 1st March will receive or have received their digital membership card via email, these can be added to your phone wallet and scanned at the match.
Make sure you check your email Promotions, Other, Spam or Junk folders as sometimes these emails can end up there.
If you still can’t find your digital membership card you may do the following:
- Log into your KnightsHub account and either print the Rd 1 ticket or add the mobile ticket to your phone wallet – click here for instructions.
- Contact the Membership team via membership@newcastleknights.com.au or 1300 465 644 and we can resend your digital card
- Visit the membership team on match day at the Box Office and we can print your ticket for the match
I’m a Flexi member, how do I redeem my tickets?
You need to log into your KnightsHub account to redeem tickets for the matches you want to attend. Full instructions can be found here.
Please redeem early, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets later than Monday the week of each match.
I can’t go to a game, can my friend use my ticket?
Your membership is transferrable so others can use your tickets if you can’t attend. To make sure you don’t lose your membership cards, it is best to transfer the ticket for the matches via your KnightsHub account.
Don’t forget our Platinum and Gold members who cannot attend can also return their seats to the Club and earn credit for the 2025 season.
