Recovery Report: Saifiti update

In this week's Recovery Report, the nib Newcastle Knights squad has been assessed ahead of their Round 16 clash against the Sydney Roosters. 

Hymel Hunt has begun his return to running program following knee surgery. Restoration of strength and exposure to increased running demands in coming weeks should see Hymel available for selection in coming rounds.

Bailey Hodgson suffered a shoulder injury and has undergone surgery to repair the damage. A return to play date has yet to be set.

Daniel Saifiti has suffered a sternum injury, resulting in the late withdrawal from this weekend’s game. Daniel will be treated over coming days with the goal of achieving Round 17 availability.
