Recovery Report: Hunt update

The nib Newcastle Knights squad has been assessed ahead of the side's Round 15 clash against the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday night.

Hymel Hunt has had successful knee surgery and has begun the rehab process. A return to play is expected in the next 4-6 weeks.

Oryn Keeley has begun contact progressions in his return from an elbow injury. With the lower grades bye this week, Oryn is aiming for selection in Rd 16.

Krystian Mapapalangi continues to progress in his skills and team training reintroduction. Successful outcomes in a number of specific strength measures should see Krystian progress to unrestricted training in coming weeks.
