Recovery Report: Ponga and Brailey updates
In this week's Recovery Report, the nib Newcastle Knights injured players have been updated ahead of the Round 7 match against the Penrith Panthers on Saturday April 15, 2023, at McDonald Jones Stadium.
Jayden Brailey scans have confirmed our Hooker and Co-captain will miss the remainder of the season due to a knee injury.
Kalyn Ponga has resumed his individualised performance program with the squad, as per the club’s announcement last Friday, Kalyn is aiming towards returning against the Cowboys in Round 8.
Adam Clune, Adam Elliott and Krystian Mapapalangi remain within the rehab squad whist continuing to work though their respective return to performance programs.
