nib Newcastle Knights forward Jacob Saifiti has been cited by the Match Review Committee with a Grade 3 Reckless High Tackle following Sunday's match against the Wests Tigers.
The charge occurred in in the 65th minute of the match on Tigers hooker Jake Simpkin.
The forward has accepted the early guilty plea and will serve a five-game suspension.
Meanwhile, Jackson Hastings was charged with a Grade 1 Careless High tackle on Tigers centre Tommy Talau.
The halfback has also accepted the early guilty plea and will be fined $1800.
Hastings won’t serve any match suspension.
