nib Newcastle Knights forward Adam Elliott has been cited with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge following Friday’s nights opening round match against the Warriors.
The Grade 1 offence occurred in the 56th minute involving Warrior Dylan Walker with Elliott taking the early guilty plea resulting in a $1000 fine.
The forward won’t serve any match suspension.
