The nib Newcastle Knights have today confirmed playmaker Tyson Gamble will join the Knights for the next two seasons.
The 26-year-old Albany Creek Junior brings 25 games of first-grade experience to the Knights, adding depth to the key halves positions, along with a strong competitive desire.
Newcastle Knights Director of Football Peter Parr said Gamble brings qualities the club we are looking for in our recruitment.
“Tyson is a tough tenacious competitor, “said Parr.
“His addition to our squad adds depth to our halves, which is a key objective for us.
“We like his durability and desire to be involved in every contest, we are very pleased to secure his signature.”
Gamble will relocate to Newcastle and commence 2023 preseason training when he has completed his required annual leave.
The Newcastle Knights look forward to introducing Tyson and his partner to the community and running out in the red and blue jersey, especially in front of our loyal Knights members at McDonald Jones Stadium.
