In this week's Rookie Report, we take a look at the nib Newcastle Knights pathways teams in the Knock-On-Effect NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup competitions.
The two senior men's teams played in their final regular season round against the Parramatta Eels pathways teams over the weekend.
The NSW Cup team played Parramatta last Friday night in Sydney while the Jersey Flegg Cup team were a chance to finish minor premiers against the Eels on Saturday.

NSW Cup - Knights 4-24 Eels
The NSW Cup side went down by 20 points to the Eels on Friday night at Kellyville Park, Sydney.
The Eels ran in five tries to the Knights one to take the two points.
Nicholas O'Meley scored the sole try for the side on the 51st minute mark.
The Cup side finished the season in 10th spot on the ladder with seven wins and 15 losses.
The team will celebrate their season alongside the NL team at their end of season awards night next Wednesday.

NSW Cup Highlights: Eels v Knights Round 24
Jersey Flegg Cup - Knights 22-34 Eels
The Jersey Flegg Cup side went down to the Eels in their final round game at Kellyville Park on Saturday.
The Eels scored six tries to the Knights four to take the points.
Keanu Wainohu-Kemp, Fletcher Sharpe, Thomas Cant and Mitch Henderson scored for Newcastle.
The side finished their regular season in second spot with 15 wins and seven losses.
Heading into a finals campaign, the team will play the Penrith Panthers (3rd) this Saturday for a spot in a major semi-final against the Roosters.
