UPDATE: Klemmer has taken the early guilty plea and will accept a one match ban.
EARLIER: nib Newcastle Knights forward David Klemmer has been cited by the NRL Match Review Committee.
Klemmer was slapped with a Grade One Contrary Conduct charge following an incident involving Luke Thompson in the 77th minute.
Klemmer is currently looking at a one match ban with an early guilty plea, which would increase to two games should he fight the charge and lose.
The Knights have until 12pm on Monday to enter a plea.
