Frizell took all three while D-Saf was rewarded with two.
Manly halfback, Daly Cherry-Evans, was also awarded one point.
Penrith's Nathan Cleary still leads the leaderboard as voting goes behind closed doors from Round 13.
Daniel Saifiti is the highest ranked Knight on seven points while Kalyn Ponga sits on six.
