WATSON'S MESSAGE
Connor Watson's season is over after suffering an injury to his Achilles last weekend.
Going in for surgery on Tuesday, Watson took to social media to send a message to the supporters.
Watson posted; "Pretty shattered knowing my seasons over, it’s been a tough year but I’ll be back. Overwhelmed with everyone’s support and kind messages they really mean a lot. Sorry if I haven’t gotten back to you i’m getting through them slowly. Time to rest up and watch my brothers."
His teammates were quick to jump on social media and show their support for the 24-year-old.
