On Thursday Kurt Gidley, Jamie Buhrer, Mitch Barnett, Trent Hodkinson, Brock Lamb and Tautau Moga went along to the John Hunter Children's Hospital Christmas Party.
"It's something that a lot of the boys look forward to, coming up here and trying to put some smiles on faces," Jamie Buhrer told Knights TV.
"It's not just the kids... I feel for the parents who are in here with their kids and there's not much they can do.
"The response has been great, and for us it certainly puts things in perspective."
