The Newcastle Knights have finalised their team for the Round 23 match against the Penrith Panthers at Hunter Stadium.
Sione Mata'utia comes in at lock for Jacob Saifiti, who moves to the bench. Pat Mata'utia gets a start on the wing for the injured Nathan Ross, while Mickey Paea moves into the starting line-up for Daniel Saifiti.
