Coach Nathan Brown confirmed Peter Mata'utia will play in Monday's NRL match against the Manly Sea Eagles.
The eldest of the Mata'utia family, who re-joined the Knights this week, is set to replace his brother Pat in the centres.
The squad will train on Sunday to finalise preparations for the ANZAC Day clash at Hunter Stadium.
