The Newcastle Knights has named an 18-man extended squad for the Easter Saturday clash against the St George Illawarra Dragons at Hunter Stadium.

Tariq Sims is set to make his Club debut, becoming the 256th man to play first grade for the Knights, replacing the injured Robbie Rochow in the starting back row.

James McManus returns from injury, replacing Sione Mata’utia on the wing, who is named once again on an extended bench.

Chris Houston also returns to the bench this week while David Fa’alogo retains his spot in the front row.

The Knights and Dragons will play for the inaugural Alex McKinnon Cup on Saturday.
