What is most exciting about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

The most exciting thing about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleaders is being able to perform for an incredible crowd of Knights supporters. Being a part of the atmosphere and environment on game day, alongside an amazing team, is something I truly love!

What keeps you energised?

My passion and love for dance and fitness in general is a constant drive and motivation for me. There’s nothing more energising than that rush of adrenaline you get when you step out onto the field or when you perform a routine for a full stadium, alongside some incredible women.

Who inspires you and why?

My biggest inspiration, forever and always, is my mum. She keeps me grounded and supports me through everything I decide to do. She is one of the most resilient and courageous people I know. The way she goes through her everyday life as an incredible teacher, sister, daughter, and mum is truly inspiring.
