The most exciting thing about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleaders is performing at a packed McDonald Jones Stadium infront of a crowd of Knights supporters!

I love cheering on the sidelines and feeding off the energy of the crowd! The thrill of try time is infectious and as you look out over the sea of knights fans you know that your apart of something special!

What keeps you energised?

Nothing is more energising than that rush of adrenaline you get when you step out onto the field and perform a routine for a full stadium alongside some incredible women.
