What is most exciting about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

The most exciting part of being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader for me, is the incredible atmosphere and support by the loving fans in the stadium. As well as being a part of such a strong, dynamic team that brings so much powerful energy into new dances each week.

What keeps you energised?

Keeping a healthy, balanced life by making sure I am eating and sleeping well, as well as spending time with my friends and family.
