What is most exciting part about being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader?

The passionate atmosphere created by energetic Knights supporters is by far the most exciting aspect of being a Red Energy Newcastle Knights Cheerleader. Dancing has always been my life and passion, so being able to perform in front of an excitable audience, who love our players and cheerleaders, is so rewarding.

What keeps you energised?

Having a healthy balance between cheerleading, my education, my work and time with friends or family has allowed me to maintain energetic and motivated. Participating in activities I love and am interested in, as well as surrounding myself with the people who care about me allows me to feel fulfilled and energised.

What is your first-ever memory of Rugby League?

My first ever memory of Rugby League is sitting down with my dad when I was very young and watching the Knights play on TV. I did not understand any of the rules in the game and was super confused when my dad passionately yelled at the TV. I loved how involved he was with the game even though I did not understand it at all.
