To be eligible for an approved donation or player appearance, you must submit an application via the form below. All requests must meet our Club's set criteria, which can be found alongside the full terms and conditions by clicking here.

On match days
Two days before a match
During Bye Weeks
During NRL Final Series
During off season (from final game until preseason commences)
Destinations over 2 hours away from Newcastle
