Our Journey Towards Reconciliation /

Our Reconciliation Action Plan formalises our commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. By establishing this RAP, we aim to further engage with First Nations communities to create social change and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and to educate our members and fans, sponsors and partners, employees and the wider community on the importance of reconciliation.

As we pass the 12-month mark since launching our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, the nib Newcastle Knights and Wests Group Australia reflect on a year of growth and commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The previous 12 months have been a journey filled with challenges, learnings, and successes. As we move forward, we are committed to building on these insights, continuing to listen, learn, and adapt in our ongoing journey towards reconciliation.
