Newcastle Knights staff member Ben Rogers was found guilty of assault at Newcastle Local Court on Wednesday.
Now the court process is complete, the Club will continue to review the matter internally.
The Club has standards it expects all employees to uphold.
Ben has been stood down from all Club duties and the NRL Integrity Unit is up to date on the matter.
